Copperheads Sales and Refunds Policy

At Copperheads (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) owned and operated by Tanay’s Laboratory of Copper Private Limited, we aim to maintain a clear and predictable ordering process. This policy outlines how pricing, order confirmations, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
1. Pricing & Pre-Processing
All orders placed on the Platform are subject to automated analysis and preprocessing. During this stage, we reserve the right to:
• Review technical inputs
• Identify manufacturability constraints
• Cancel orders where fulfilment is not reasonably feasible
Where an order is cancelled at this stage, any payment received will be refunded.
2. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation
Orders may be cancelled by the customer at any time prior to the issuance of an order confirmation.
Where a cancellation request is received before confirmation, payments made will be refunded.
3. Orders After Confirmation
Once an order confirmation has been issued, the order is considered final. Cancellations, modifications, or refunds are generally not available after this stage, as manufacturing and fulfilment processes may have commenced.
4. Manufacturing Issues And Defects
If an issue arises relating to manufacturing quality, defects, or fulfilment discrepancies, customers may raise a complaint through the contact details here.
Upon receiving a complaint, we may:
• Review the details of the order;
• Consult with the manufacturing partner, and/or;
• Assess the nature of the issue.
Resolutions, including replacements, credits, or refunds, will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
5. Refund Determinations
Refund requests are evaluated in accordance with this policy, applicable contractual terms, and the facts of each case. Where a cancellation or refund request is consistent with this policy, we will process the applicable refund.
